Graebener® calibration and straightening presses are efficient and economic multi-purpose machines which offer the highest possible flexibility for the production of LSAW pipes. Welded pipes are calibrated and straightened to the set dimension in your Graebener® calibration and straightening press. The press tool is of a modular and therefore cost efficient design.

The new combined Graebener® calibration, straightening and pre-bending press is one proof among many worldwide for this successful approach.
When designing the press, we pay special attention to offer you as machine operator the highest possible flexibility to be achieved with a multi-purpose technology. For this reason, we also designed the tool change to be fast and operator-friendly. The change is carried out right next to the machine by moving the tool sideways out of the press reinserting it after the tool change. This saves time and money.
To ensure optimum results your Graebener® machine is equipped with a controlled ram for the closing, pressing and opening of the tools. The ram cylinders are designed as controlled axes thus ensuring an acceleration without pressure peaks and a controlled deceleration.
