The concepts of the Graebener® roll bending machines are based on decades of experience, in the area of roll bending machines even reaching back as far as the 1970ies. As special machine builder our aim for each project is to use this experience to design an individual concept which is ideally customized to your requirements.
Depending on the respective type of application your solution is based on either of the two different basic concepts. Both concepts are engineered as simple and robust construction which mainly consist of the three rolls, both columns (tilting bearing column and pivoting bearing column) for the reception of the rolls, the drive column for the installation of the roll drives and the base frame. The machine type GDR has been developed especially for rather short pipe sections respectively shells with large wall thickness and the option to also process cones. The machine type GDR-L has been developed for the production of long pipes with small wall thickness in the line pipe industry.
