Together with three other board members - Dr. Manfred Stefener (Freudenberg Sealing Technologies), Sebastian Goldner (Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH) and Peter Podesser (SFC Energy AG) - Fabian Kapp, Managing Director of Gräbener Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co. KG, was re-elected to the board of the fuel cell working group at the VDMA's general meeting at the end of February.
The VDMA plays an important part in positioning medium-sized pioneering work from Germany in the global market. The overarching goal is: to bring environmentally friendly and sustainable fuel cell technologies to market maturity while presenting the economic and ecological advantages to a broad public.
Since the necessary, sometimes complex interface cooperation of "manufacturers, suppliers and developers along the entire value-added chain" is playing an increasingly important role in this context, the Fuel Cell Working Group offers like no other "a platform for the industrial-political bundling of interests in order to break down market barriers, introduce the technology as well as exchange information," as explained on its website.
