We would like to inform you about a data protection incident affecting our company. Between 01.12.2023 and 03.12.2023, our IT systems were affected by a cyber attack in which unauthorized access was gained to parts of our databases. We acted immediately and took the necessary measures to prevent further damage.

 

Dear business partners and interested parties,

We have already informed you about a cyber attack against our company. This took place in the period from December 1 to December 3, 2023 and we would like to provide you with new information today.

We would like to emphasize that despite this challenge, all our employees can still be reached via the usual communication channels (e-mail and telephone). Our production processes are not affected and emergency operation has already been successfully resumed. In the coming weeks, however, we will reinforce some additional security measures to ensure the stability and integrity of our corporate IT.

With regard to the cyber attack, we would like to point out that we cannot exclude the possibility of data being published against our will. We are working closely with law enforcement authorities to clarify the incident and react appropriately.

In the event that you will notice any unusual activity or suspicious incidents, we urgently request that you report this to either the local police or our crisis management team.
